Del Haven - It's a blessing our hearing is waning. Young folks who come to visit complain of an annoying pulsing sound that is constant. It is high pitched, so we, old folks can't hear it. I called the electric company and asked for them to research, to no avail. The location seems to be Rutledge Ave., Pine Ave., and Sunray Rd. Help.
