Del Haven - It would be great if a developer came in and built more apartment complexes in this county, like you find all over the rest of the state. There is a severe lack of decent year round rentals available for working families. There is such high demand and low supply, landlords are able to charge ridiculously high prices and/or are able to be complete slumlords and tenants won't report them because they won't be able to find other housing.
