Del Haven - I would like to submit a spout out to the person or persons that take the time to decorate the bay front benches in Town Bank/NCM. It is a breath of fresh air to have someone spread a little sunshine during the dull winter months here, waiting for Spring and Summer. I love the note you left to the person that took down your St. Patty's Day decorations. l would have wished much worse than a twisted ankle. Someone like that should not be lucky enough to live in such a wonderful place like the Jersey Beaches. As your note states, I will keep my eye out for anyone limping around. God Bless!!
