Del Haven - I have a recording now of the dog that constantly barks on the bay side of Bayshore Rd. in Del Haven. If it doesn't stop barking by the end of this month, it will be turned in to the authorities. I do not want my Thanksgiving and Christmas ruined by this nuisance.
