Del Haven - I have lived in Delaware and North Carolina, and whenever these states do a project, it is done right, lasts long and looks professionally done. Not here, if the state does it. The main thing I find irking is the length of time to complete projects, especially on main thoroughfares like Rt. 47. Other states work 24/7 to complete the work at a minimum inconvenience to business people and every other taxpayer on the road.
