I agree with spouts regarding building new homes near the former

Del Haven - I agree with spouts regarding building new homes near the former Ponderlodge. We live next to the "Ghost woods" in Del Haven and our grounds were fine until they built all the new homes in the marshlands off Millman Blvd. The water run off has nowhere to go and it is flooding all our properties. All the trees in the wildlife preserve are dying and falling over, some very close to our houses. It has been raining non stop for months, and all the rain is being re-routed because of building. There are so many empty homes in Villas and Del Haven. Buy one of those and renovate it to your liking. It's cheaper.
