Trump’s proposed bill will cut 7.8 million people from Medicaid. While there is most likely some fraud, this bill has no provision to aim and detect fraud. It is meant to reduce spending on Medicaid and it will impact many in need while giving tax breaks to the wealthy who can afford good healthcare. Fair?
