Two types of these exist: the shoobies who think "I've earned my vacation. This is my time to do whatever I want." And the Lance Armstrong want to be's who want others to think they're serious but ride two and three abreast so they can chat (not something any serious cyclist would do) blocking traffic, angry if you beep to get by even though by law ALL slower traffic must remain as far to the right as possible.
