Del Haven / Philadelphia - In response to the spouter in the July 19 Herald regarding an American flag at the state Department of Children and Families building in Rio Grande, yes, that is what we Americans do! We proudly fly our flag on all government buildings and our own homes! No money would be taken away from families. Most of the people going to get services do not need them, they are milking the system. I worked at DHS in Philadelphia for years and watched the abuse of the system. Move to Mexico or North Korea, then maybe you would be happy to see that flag flying and appreciate the military that has fought for our freedom to do so.
