For the person in Del Haven who is having a problem with barking dogs: You have to go into the police station, fill out a formal complaint, and take them to court. Take your recording with you, and any information you have, as to kind of dog, how far you are, etc. It takes a little bit of time, but you can stop it. Keep records of all the time you called.
