I live in Del Haven. The barking dogs at 2,3,4 am needs to stop. I have a dog. I love dogs, cats, and all animals, but the dogs that are barking at 2:00 am need to be brought into houses. My dog is 15 years old and he doesn’t bark at ALL. Can we please keep the barking down ?!?
