To the Cape May Beach spouter who said black groups are racist. Perhaps you don't understand the meaning of racism? Racism takes many forms and can happen in many places, however, a black group such as the NAACP is not racist. These groups exist to give voices where blacks had none. Their mission isn't to exclude, but to empower. I wish the Herald would not publish such ill informed comments like that of the spouter.
