I had some viral infection in January before we knew about Covid

The Crest - I had some viral infection in January before we knew about Covid-19. It was the most unusual and longest lasting viral respiratory infection I ever had.
Whether it was Covid or not, I will: wear a mask or other face covering, wash, use alcohol to disinfect and practice social distancing.
I never want to go through that again.
I hope all reading this will know that you are not immune, your families are not immune and it is on each of us to be responsible to one another to stop spreading this virus.
