Covering all of Middle Township with new homes and townhouses just to "increase ratables" is not going make Middle Township a nicer place to live. All it is going to do is result in higher taxes, not lower taxes! The township is willing to let every acre of woods, fields, and farms that wildlife depends on it and what made the township attractive be destroyed in the name of money. There's nothing they aren't willing to destroy for "ratables" and so developers can get rich. Middle Township was better with less people & less development. Middle Township does not need any more "progress"!
