Court House - Why is it that in New Jersey if you own and drive a car on NJ roads you need legal license, and insurance along with paying highest gas tax in country AND bike riders can use our roads and pay nothing? They also think they own the roads they are on. NJ needs to tax or require bike license to use our highways paid for by those of us driving gas powered vehicles. AND New Jersey needs to put taxes on electrical vehicles based on mileage as they are using roads paid for by those of us still driving gas powered vehicles.
