Why do you suppose our wonderful left wing Governor has proposed

Court House - Why do you suppose our wonderful left wing Governor has proposed first wind mills in southern end of the State and not North Jersey ocean where most of his followers live??? Could it be when there is a disaster and there will be ,he would rather have the disaster in the South where most voters were smart enough to not vote for him...Just wondering??
