Why are county employees still working for crest haven nursing h

Court House - Why are county employees still working for crest haven nursing home? They privatized in January to a company called Allaire. Yet at least 13 county employees still work there with their annual salaries totaling more than 750,000!!! 2 of those employees are a highly paid HR director and a physical therapist! Why and how???? Commissioners??
