Why are the businesses in the center of Court House along Route

Court House - Why are the businesses in the center of Court House along Route 9, including our ambulance building, allowed to plow the snow from their aprons, blocking our sidewalks? Still that way Jan. 26, pedestrians of all ages, needs and conditions should not be forced to walk on the street due to our negligence or care. To all of our officials, please rectify this lack of an obvious plan in place for the safety of all pedestrians.
