Who laid out the new pickleball courts at our Rec. Center?

Court House - Who laid out the new pickleball courts at our Rec. Center? Seems like it was someone who does not know a thing about playing the game. It is terribly designed and must be redone to make it workable. Please visit Avalon or Ocean City facilities to learn proper four-court layout.
