Court House - While the removal of the lights on the Parkway is an improvement, in the flow, southbound, there is an ongoing problem with the light at Crest Haven. Specifically, when leaving the Crest Haven Complex, the light does not always turn to green after the eastbound side light has completed its cycle. I have seen, and done myself, vehicles not wanting to wait any longer, go through the red light. I have only experienced this after 6 p.m. and don't know if it happens throughout the day. This has been going on for months and I can't believe it hasn't been rectified yet. Who do we call?
