While at the Court House library with my three small grandchildr

Court House - While at the Court House library with my three small grandchildren, I had to cross Mechanic Street with a 9-month-old and two four-year-olds in tow due to the limited parking. Even in light drizzle, I wouldn't take issue with the short walk from the municipal lot, but I'm writing again about a very distinctive car that seems to always be parked in one of the eight spaces adjacent to the library. I don't think they're there to read.
