Stop expecting more from them if you're not going to compensate. Labor comes at a cost and when I say cost that means giving raises every now and then. It's pathetic to see what you make every day and what you offer your staff. Your business wouldn't thrive if it weren't for your skilled and dedicated employees. Do the right thing and try to understand how wrong this scenario is.
