Court House - When we called a doctor's office to get an appointment when my husband was sick we were told the first one was in two weeks, and to go to urgent care. Then I called for a refill on his medication and was told it takes 72 hours. Seven days (four work days) later, it still wasn't called in. I told them I was changing doctors. The pharmacy gave me a three-day emergency refill and tried calling the doctor and they denied it and said he isn't their patient anymore. They never got a request from another doctor for his records.
