Court House - What happened to the days when grass cutters or landscapers would bag and take away all clippings? Instead everywhere you drive grass cutters or landscapers are blowing all clippings and debris into roadways and into your vehicle. Plus if you ride a motorcycle you're taking a chance by spilling your bike from the sandy debris on roadways. Does everything get spilled into gutters so as to be put into our waterways? Is it right that we get pelted with debris on our vehicles as we go by?
