Court House - Want to save money? In response to my spout, a spouter just informed me that it's okay to register your car in rural parts of PA, VT, or any other state that you no longer primarily reside. According to the spouter, we can register our cars in whatever state the insurance is cheaper and the registration/licensing fees don't benefit NJ in any way, shape, or form. Thank you for informing me of yet another way to beat the system illegally.
