Court House - The Villas spouter is 100% correct about the speed limit differences on Stone Harbor Blvd and Avalon Blvd. The speed limit was 50 mph forever on Stone Harbor Blvd and there were always houses along it. There is no justification for dropping the speed limit on that road to 35mph. Someone moved in along that road and complained. The County should raise it back up to 50 mph. If people along that road don't like it, move! It was 50 mph before you moved there.
