Court House - An update on the one of the over-55 Condo’s. It appears they continue to be pool crazy. After limiting those who can use the pool to only those whose names are on the deed (no guests, no family members), now they have installed an electronic gate system which records everyone that goes in and out of the pool. On top of that, they also installed security cameras to see who is using the pool. Just what I need, some cranky old HOA Board member sitting in front of their laptop watching me swimming in the pool!
