Until the school districts of Cape May County stop the nepotism

Court House - Until the school districts of Cape May County stop the nepotism and hire more effective teachers (not just former students), there will be a continuous cycle of spewing out unprepared youths who have no skills. Tech may be the best school in the county. I own a business locally and the kids who work for me have no clue how to spell the simplest of words. It is utterly disheartening. If no one stands up to fight for the future, this peninsula that we live on will continue to be a breeding ground for unintelligent, drug/substance abusers. Anyone who denies this fact is just an enabler.
