Court House - Twice in a week the (slow) Stone Harbor drawbridge was up for a boat at 8:30 a.m. - right in the middle of rush hour and right when parents were trying to get the kids to school on time. Can't they restrict openings to avoid this critical time? Traffic was backed up off the island quite a bit. Hundreds of cars versus one boat. I think the bridge personnel should make the boat wait until set times after rush hour.
