Court House - To the traffic disruption spouter, you stated if a police officer disrupts traffic on Rt. 9 at the zoo, then he is responsible for the traffic disruption on the Parkway and Rt. 9 if an accident happens. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. The driver of the car is responsible!
