The timing on the off ramp light exiting the Parkway at Exit 10

Court House - The timing on the off ramp light exiting the Parkway at Exit 10 North to Court House is ridiculous. On a recent Wednesday around 8 p.m. I was the fifth or sixth car in one of two left-turn lanes and did not get through with someone hot on my tail. Traffic was backing up on the ramp. This is horrible planning.
