There is no need for a four-way stop at the Bayberry/Shellbay in

Court House - There is no need for a four-way stop at the Bayberry/Shellbay intersection. Just let the east-west traffic on Shellbay Ave. flow freely and leave the stop sign for the north-south traffic on Bayberry Drive/Golf Club Road. It prevents traffic from backing up needlessly and stop signs that aren't needed. The four-way stop at that intersection increases the risk of an accident and slows down traffic. I thought the whole point of the Parkway project was to improve traffic flow, not slow it down.
