Court House - To the spouter who asked about the libraries and the money being spent: The library works off its own budget and money collected via donations. However, I was a little confused with the question about "all the libraries," when there is only one being built. However, the Parkway is under some serious construction, the Court House library is having their front remolded, the jail is building a brand new one, and the schools have bought a new curriculum. The question here isn't where else the money is being used, but instead where isn't the money being used?
