There is plenty of land in Cape May County for it.” If there “is plenty of land in Cape May County”, why is it necessary to take someone else’s land rights away? You do realize that some of the “campgrounds” are condo associations, where each individual owns their land, and pays the same proportional value taxes you do, including; district school tax, local municipal tax, county tax, county library tax, county open space tax and fire district tax, don’t you?
