"There has always been wealthy people" true but the distribution has never been more extreme. Obviously not everyone should make the same but a CEO making 360 times the salary is insane. You truly believe they work 360 times harder? Doubtful. Your middle class is disappearing as the wealthy continue to line their pockets, guess all those middle class workers are just "lazy" or "stupid" as you claim. Blame the poor not the wealthy. Blame the poor not the system, thats the American way.
