Court House - Sorry Joey, the SCOTUS ruling was clear and concise. Abortion is not a Federal matter and any attempt for Congress to do so will be met with a fury of lawsuits by the States. Congress's attempt to subvert the SCOTUS ruling will be met with utter failure in the Courts. The people of each State will determine the direction and intent behind Abortion rights through their voting record at the State level, not Congress.
