Something needs to be done with the dirt bikes and four wheelers

Court House - Something needs to be done with the dirt bikes and four wheelers running up and down Pennsylvania Ave. and going back on the gravel road to the quarry that is private property. I have made multiple complaints about the noise, the trespassing, vandalism, and the dumping of garbage in the past six months, and it's only gotten worse. These people have taken it upon themselves to take private property and make it their own playground. I really hope something changes before someone gets hurt. Not to mention the frequent drag racing that goes on, that I have also made a complaint about.
