Court House - Something has to be done with the lights at Stone Harbor Boulevard and the ramp coming off the Parkway. Where there are easily 50 cars in both directions on the Boulevard waiting endlessly at the light, there's a very sporadic car coming off the ramp. The ramp's green light is at least twice as long than the other direction when it should be the reverse.
