Court House - The Sheriff's Office is in complete disarray. A sheriff that lets his undersheriff have complete control of the department and a mismanaged jail with structural problems that are being kept quiet. The freeholders would be doing the taxpayers a favor by having an outside agency do an evaluation and make the report public.
