Court House - In response to Robert Taylor's lawsuit, freeholders cite statutory limitations, but I have the sense that freeholders have deviated from statutory limitations for others. Is Taylor being wrongly deprived? Have others been improperly accorded benefits? Regardless, this lawsuit involves a shameful waste of public resources.
