Court House - In response to the ATV problem in Upper Township, my family had to wrangle with an ATV problem and it was not resolved overnight. Persistence and faith in the rule of law were required. Eventually, the problem will be fixed. Do not give up hope and do not let the inmates run the asylum. There are laws and ordinances in place against such raucous and destructive behavior. The bigger problem, however, is parents who want to be their kids' buddies and not parent. It emboldens their kids to become feral and have no respect for society's norms. Pity.
