Court House - A Press of AC article April 23 was about Cape May County losing residents and its decline was unlikely to reverse. It is time to ask our local elected officials to invest in the towns' and the county's future. Give opportunities to our youth to stay in Cape May County. It begins with our towns and county administrations. Too many towns have staff working past retirement age and never invested in bringing on our local youth who can work. Look at these longtime employees as mentors.
