That decision is made in the brain, and as in case of most mass shooters in recent history, that brain was intoxicated with prescription medications that alter brain function. Thus, the prescription drugs play a crucial role in the decision chain that leads to these mass killings. Just as the drunk driver's brain is altered with alcohol and we don't stop driving cars, so too must we look at these drugs that lead to these mass killings.
