Please fix the stoplight coming off the Parkway south at exit 11

Court House - Please fix the stoplight coming off the Parkway south at exit 11. The light is so short that if you are more than the third car, you have to wait for another light cycle. Cars and school buses back up every morning. This is causing cars who know, to turn right, and make a u-turn to get the green. So many people are doing this, that there is a traffic jam in the little parking lot, and people are making three-point turns in the middle of the road. Just make the green longer than 15 seconds.
