Pizza take-outs and restaurants have food workers who handle dou

Court House - Pizza take-outs and restaurants have food workers who handle dough, slices and whole pies with their bare hands, and I'd guess the other food items too. Shouldn't they be wearing gloves on their hands? I stopped in two places and no one was wearing gloves! Do you really want to go in, or call up and order a pizza from these places, and eat what they've handled?
