Court House - As a parent of a Middle Township track team member who can't get on the track to practice yet because of damage caused by Lower students in the fall, I want to know if they have paid any restitution for the cost of repairing the track? Also, what is the status of their prosecution and were they disciplined by the school?

"A number of disciplinary and corrective actions have been taken with the students involved to the fullest extent of school district policy and the law," stated LCMR Superintendent Christopher Kobik in an email to the Herald Sept. 19, 2014. In a recent email to the Herald March 11, Kobik reiterated his previous statement. Since information related to the discipline or legal matters of juveniles is protected, Kobik could not share any more information.
