Court House - Our county population will drop below 80,000 in 20 years, according to reports. Before this county implodes, residents move, businesses close and the local economy collapses, action must be taken. Schools must close due to declining enrollment. Police, fire, EMS and public works must merge. Town governments must discuss consolidation and shared services. Without change, expect higher property taxes. We, as a community, must change, or expect a drastic decline to our quality of life.
