Is there a missing component here? How are tourists to get here if they do not have affordable fuel? Forbid drilling because it might cause a spill, then again, it might not. I believe offshore oil exploration ought to be allowed. If there is nothing out there, that ends the discussion. I am weary of "green" experts being taken as spokesmen every time they open their mouth.
