Court House - The oil reserves are suppose to be for an emergency... not to help one political party deal with problems that could be solved in a non emergency way. Now, if they said we were going all in on production here and we would refill from that, maybe. But this does not solve the problem, worse even, we will have to refill the reserves at a higher price or OPEC could just cut production and make it a mute point!
