Court House - Now that the parkway is under construction to be "fixed" due to how dangerous it was, we have a new problem: Flooding. In the brief but powerful rain July 10, the entire stretch of the parkway under construction was completely, horribly flooded. To the point that one vehicle spun out, hit the guardrail, and lost its bumper about a quarter mile away from the vehicle. So now, what are we going to do about this to fix it? Or are we just replacing one problem for another?
